How do I edit my workout plan?
Go to Home → Scroll to bottom → Edit workout → Edit and Save.
Where are servers located?
Primary DB and Redis cache are hosted in Europe. Latency may vary slightly by region.
How do I delete my account?
Inside the app: Profile → Delete Account. This removes your profile and related data immediately.

Strong Together (“the App”) is a fitness tracking mobile application that respects your privacy. This policy explains what data I collect, how I use it, and your rights.
2. Information I Collect
- User profile: full name, username, email, birthdate, gender, profile image
- Authentication: access token (JWT), refresh token, secure login sessions
- Workout data: workout plans, splits, exercises, sets, reps, weights, notes
- Cardio tracking: type, duration, workout date
- Scheduled workouts: reminders, time, day of week, user preferences
- Messages: inbox messages sent between users
- Push notifications: push_token for device notifications
- Technical data: app version, crash logs, device info
3. How I Use Your Data
- To authenticate you and manage secure sessions
- To track and display your workouts and fitness progress
- To send reminders or workout-related notifications (if enabled)
- To analyze your workout trends and progress (locally or in backend)
- To support core features like messaging, exercise history, statistics
- To improve app performance, fix bugs, and enhance your experience
4. Data Storage and Security
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS
- JWT tokens are stored securely using SecureStore
- Passwords are hashed before storage in Supabase
- Redis is used in the backend for performance and queuing (non-personal)
- I follow best practices to prevent unauthorized access
5. Third-Party Services
Your data is handled securely using the following services:
- Supabase – database, authentication, and storage
- Render – hosting backend server
- Redis – in-memory cache (for performance only)
- Expo Notifications – sending push notifications
These services comply with modern security and privacy standards.
6. Account Deletion
You may delete your account directly from within the app at any time. Upon confirmation, your profile and all associated data (including workout history, cardio logs, and scheduled sessions) are deleted immediately. This process is irreversible.
